EXCHANGE AND RETURN
All shipments are sent to the customer from Ukraine.
We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee at our expense if there is a problem with the product (damage during shipping, the item does not match the description, hidden defect, etc.). We cover all return costs if it is our fault. We offer a replacement or full refund. In this case, we may not even require the item to be returned if the buyer provides photo/video proof of the issue.
We cannot refund or exchange the product in the following cases:
• If “I imagined it differently...” Please make your selection carefully, and feel free to consult with our managers when choosing. We are ready to provide additional photos and a video review of the product or conduct a joint video conference to showcase the item. So, in any case – contact us.
• If the item has been made, but the need for it has disappeared.
• If the product is not liked, the client changed their mind, or it does not fit, etc., and it’s not our fault.
We reserve the right not to exchange or refund if the conditions do not match the above points.
IMPORTANT
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed with a transfer to the payment card or PayPal.
