Payment Methods:

You can make a payment on the website using Liqpay or Fondy payment systems.
3. Payment by invoice.
You can pay by invoice. After placing an order, we will send an invoice for payment to the specified email.

Delivery Methods:
We are a direct manufacturer, so all orders are shipped directly from the Artus workshop located in Ukraine (Eastern Europe).
Delivery is carried out by transport companies:
• Within Ukraine - courier delivery via NovaPoshta, Ukrposhta
• Worldwide - courier delivery, airmail delivery via Ukrposhta.

We provide worldwide delivery:
• USA (12-28 days)
• Europe (10-24 days)
• Ukraine (2-4 days)
• Canada and other countries (14-30 days)
Delivery cost – FREE.

90% of parcels sent by standard airmail arrive on time. However, delivery times may take a little longer before holidays, especially during the Christmas season, when all postal and customs warehouses are working under pressure. Weather sometimes also plays a significant role in delivery times. Therefore, there may be delays of a few days during such periods.

Customs Duties:
We also cannot know all the local laws of each country to fully guarantee the absence of any customs fees. Thus, customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
On our side, we issue a customs clearance certificate, which officially allows the shipment of individual works of art. The certificate is included with the parcel.

We also guarantee that we will refund 100% of the funds if the parcel is officially lost or damaged during delivery.
